采煤机截割部二级行星架断裂问题分析与改进设计

针对某煤炭企业MG1000/2500-WD型滚筒采煤机截割部传动系统中的二级行星架断裂失效问题,开展其断裂问题分析,结果表明,出现断裂问题的原因是疲劳破坏而不是过载。采用增大二级行星架退刀槽圆角半径方法完成了改进设计,分析结果表明,静强度得到了一定提升,而疲劳强度得到了大幅度改进,疲劳循环次数提升了21。8%。
Analysis and Improvement Design of Fracture Problem of Secondary Planetary Frame in the Cutting Section of Coal Mining Machine
Aiming at the fracture failure of the secondary planetary carrier in the drive system of the cut-off section of MG 1000/2500-WD drum coal miner of a coal enterprise,the analysis of the fracture problem is carried out,and the results show that the cause of the fracture problem is fatigue damage rather than overload.The improved design is completed by increasing the radius of the rounded comer of the backing groove of the secondary planetary carrier,and the analysis results show that the static strength has been improved to a certain extent,while the fatigue strength has been greatly improved,and the number of fatigue cycles has been increased by 21.8%.
