矿用单轨吊系统的设计及运输能力验证

为进一步提升工作面液压支架、物料以及人员的运输效率和安全性,在对102采区现场工作条件综合研判的基础上,提出了以柴油机单轨吊和气动单轨吊为组合网络化运输系统,并设计的合理的运输线路。结合现场不同工况的坡度、距离以及设备的牵引力指标对其运输能力进行了核算,核算结果证明所设计的单轨道运输系统可满足实际所需的生产条件。
Design and Transport Capacity Verification of Mining Monorail Crane System
In order to further improve the transport efficiency and safety of hydraulic support,materials and personnel in the working face,on the basis of a comprehensive study and judgement of the working conditions of the 102 mining area,a combination of diesel monorail cranes and pneumatic monorail cranes is proposed as a networked transport system,and a reasonable transport line is designed.Finally,combined with the site of different working conditions of the slope,the distance and the traction force of the equipment index of its transport capacity was calculated,the calculation results prove that the designed monorail transport system can meet the actual production conditions.
