矿用皮带输送机驱动滚筒辐板轮毂强度分析及轻量化设计

以煤矿常用的DTL140型皮带输送机驱动滚筒为研究对象,在分析完其结构组成后,采用SolidWorks及Ansys软件搭建驱动滚筒的有限元模型,并开展强度分析。计算结果表明,滚筒辐板轮毂的最大应力值远低于其材料的许用应力值156 MPa。为了节省设备制造成本,避免结构冗余,通过冲孔对轮辐轮毂进行轻量化设计。最后,通过强度对比发现,当孔数为8时,最大应力值为142。42 MPa,打孔数量为9个时最大应力值为160。1 MPa,因此将打孔数量最终设计为8个,在保证安全标准的前提下,实现了结构的轻量化,达到了"降本增效"的目的。
Strength Analysis and Lightweight Design of Spoke Plate Hub of Mining Belt Conveyor Drive Pulley
Taking DTL140 belt conveyor drive pulley commonly used in coal mines as the research object,after analyzing its structural composition,the finite element model of the drive pulley is constructed by SolidWorks and Ansys software,and the strength analysis is carried out.The calculation results show that the maximum stress value of the spoke hub of the drum is much lower than the permissible stress value of its material,156 MPa.In order to save the manufacturing cost of the equipment and avoid the redundancy of the structure,the spoke hub is designed to be lightweight by punching.Finally,through the strength comparison,it is found that when the number of holes is 8,the maximum stress value is 142.42 MPa,and when the number of punched holes is 9,the maximum stress value is 160.1 MPa.Therefore,the number of punched holes is set at 8 as the final design result,which realizes the lightweighting of the structure under the prerequisite of guaranteeing the safety standards and achieves the purpose of"cost reduction and efficiency enhancement".The purpose of"cost reduction and efficiency increase"is achieved.
