工程机械液压系统维修实训台的设计

随着现代液压技术不断发展,工程机械设备的液压系统日趋复杂,一旦出现故障,其成因也不尽相同,给工程机械设备维修带来了极大的麻烦。为了学员和技术人员全面了解液压系统工作原理,深入理解故障的成因,需采用有针对性的实训设备。设计了工程机械液压系统维修实训台,研究利用可编程控制技术、虚拟仪器技术、传感器技术等,采用动画仿真与实物工作相结合的形式,对工程机械设备液压系统故障进行模拟。同时使用多种传感器对液压系统工作过程状态实时采集监测,保证了实训台运行的安全性,提升了实训台试验项目拓展性。该实训台的研发对高校液压传动课程教学以及液压维修技术人员培训有着重要的意义。
Design of Maintenance Training Platform for Hydraulic System of Construction Machinery
Hydraulic technology is widely used in many fields because of its unique advantages.With the development of modern hydraulic technology,the hydraulic system of construction machinery is becoming more and more complex.If construction machinery occurs failure,there are different reasons to account for it.The failure bring great trouble to the maintenance of construction machinery equipment.In order that students and technical personnel are able to fully understand the working principle of hydraulic system and the causes of failure.It is necessary to use specific training equipment.In this paper,maintenance training platform for hydraulic system of construction machinery is designed.It takes advantage of a series of technology,including programmable control technology,virtual instrument technology,sensor technology and so on.By using animation simulation and physical work,the platform can demonstrate the phenomenon of the hydraulic system failure of construction machinery.At the same time,a variety of sensors are used to collect and monitor the working state of the hydraulic system in real time,which ensures the safety of the operation of the training platform.And it improves the extensibility of the test project of the training platform.The development of the training platform is of great significance to the teaching of hydraulic transmission courses and the training of hydraulic maintenance technicians in universities.
