基于PLC的工业机器臂分拣控制系统研究

随着工业生产中的自动化程度不断提高,对生产线中自动分拣的要求亦随之提高。将实用性强、易编程易扩展的PLC技术应用到现在流行的工业机械手臂的控制中,将两者结合起来构建了一个生产线大小工件分拣系统的控制方案。系统从传送端进行工件的吸取并识别大小工件,设计对应的分支程序,再通过机械臂转运到收集区,带着前端识别的大小工件信号进行分拣。此外,还对PLC技术与工业机械臂的发展趋势作出研究,对生产具有实际意义。
Research on PLC-Based Industrial Robotic Arm Sorting Control System
With the increasing degree of automation in industrial production,the requirements for automatic sorting in the production line are also increased.PLC technology,which is practical,easy to program and easy to expand,is applied to the control of the popular industrial robotic arm,and the two are combined to build a control scheme for the workpiece sorting system of the production line.The system sucks up workpieces and identifies large and small workpieces from the conveyor end,designs the corresponding branching procedures,and then transfers them to the collection area through the robotic arm to sort them with the signals of large and small workpieces identified at the front end.In addition,a study is made on the development trend of PLC technology and industrial robotic arm,which is of practical significance for production.
