摘要

焦化厂内电机车作为机头,牵引运载车在焦侧轨道上运行,由于牵引质量大,制动系统和电气控制系统在该设备上显得尤为关键.以某焦化厂项目为依托,研究电机车制动及电气控制系统.着力解决电机车运行过程中电气控制程序、制动过程中能耗制动参数设置;闸瓦、气动盘式制动器的配合,制动气路控制回路的合理性,在满足基本控制要求的条件下,气动参数是否合理.

Abstract

Electric locomotives in coking plants are used as headers to haul carrier cars on the coke-side track,and because of the large hauling mass,the braking system and the electrical control system are particularly critical in this equipment.Based on a coking plant project,the motor car braking and electrical control system is studied.Efforts to solve the electrical control program during the operation of the motor car,braking process of energy consumption braking parameter settings;brake tile,pneumatic disc brake with the brake,brake air circuit control circuit reasonableness,in order to meet the basic control requirements of the conditions of the pneumatic parameters are reasonable.
