摘要

先对4401工作面及皮带巷超前支护进行概述,然后提出基于LoRa技术的矿用单体液压支柱监测系统,并分析其硬件及软件设计.最后讨论监测系统的实际应用效果,能实时监测单体液压支柱的压力并进行数据传输,利于提高井下巷道的支护效果,保证井下作业具有较高的安全性.

Abstract

Firstly,an overview of 4401 working face and belt lane overrun support is carried out,and then a monitoring system of mining monobloc hydraulic strut based on LoRa technology is proposed,and its hardware and software design is analyzed.Finally,we discuss the practical application effect of the monitoring system,which can monitor the pressure of the monobloc hydraulic pillar in real time and transmit the data,which is conducive to improving the support effect of the underground roadway and ensuring the high safety of the underground operation.
