针对小型农用滚筒筛类产品中配件生产过程实现自动化而进行了分拣系统的研究,系统由进料模块、物料输送模块及分拣模块三部分组成,每一个模块均由气动装置作为执行单元,并选用各类传感器来提供工件的位置、状态、颜色等信号,通过PLC实现对整个系统模块的控制,实现对不同材质、不同颜色物料的自动分栋。运行结果表明,该系统分拣正确率高、运行稳定,可大大提高企业的生产效率,减少人工劳动强度。
Design of PLC-Based Material Sorting Control System
The research of sorting system is carried out for the automation of the production process of accessories in small agricultural tumbler screen products.The system consists of three parts,namely feeding module,material conveying module and sorting module,and each module is composed of pneumatic device as the execution unit,and various types of sensors are selected to provide the position,status,color and other signals of the workpiece to achieve the control of the whole system module through PLC to realize automatic sorting for Different materials,different colors of materials automatically separated.Operation results show that the system sorting correct rate,stable operation,can greatly improve the production efficiency of enterprises,reduce manual labor intensity.
