基于模块化的装备电控系统故障检测仪设计

针对某新型工程装备技术含量高、结构复杂,部队和学院维修教学训练过程中,难于掌握装备电控系统和液压系统的结构原理与故障产生机理,出现故障后维修难度大、周期长、维修效果差等问题,采用虚拟仪器技术、总线技术和模块化技术,设计了工程装备电控系统故障检测仪的硬件平台,应用LabVIEW语言开发了故障检测软件系统。研究成果对提高装备维修保障人员的技术水平有重要的实用意义和显著的军事经济价值。
Modularity-Based Design of Equipment Electronic Control System Fault Detector
Aiming at a new type of engineering equipment with high technical content and complex structure,the troops and the hospital maintenance teaching and training process,it is difficult to grasp the structural principles of the equipment electronic control system and hydraulic system and fault generation mechanism,after the failure of the maintenance is difficult,long cycle,maintenance effect is poor and so on,the use of virtual instrumentation technology,bus technology and modular technology,the design of the engineering equipment,electronic control system failure detector hardware platform The hardware platform of engineering equipment electronic control system fault detector is designed by adopting virtual instrument technology,bus technology and modular technology,and the fault detection software system is developed by applying Lab VIEW language.The research results of the paper have important practical significance and significant military economic value for improving the technical level of equipment maintenance and protection personnel.
