煤矿巷道掘进机智能位姿控制系统设计及实现

针对煤矿巷道掘进机智能化需求设计了智能位姿控制系统。对控制系统的整体方案进行设计,阐述了位姿调整的基本原理,主要是基于传感器检测结果,系统智能下达控制指令对撑靴油缸等伸缩量进行控制,进而对设备位置状态实施调整。研究了系统的硬件选型情况,对系统的主要软件程序进行设计。将设计方案实现后应用到EQH2800型巷道掘进机中,经过1年有余时间的实践,发现系统可以实现掘进机位姿的智能化精确控制,为巷道掘进的高质量、高效率完工奠定了良好基础。
Design and Realization of Intelligent Position Control System for Coal Mine Roadheader
The intelligent position control system is designed to face the intelligent demand of coal mine roadheader.The overall program of the control system is designed,and the basic principle of position adjustment is described,which is mainly based on the sensor detection results,and the system intelligently gives control instructions to control the expansion and contraction amount of the boot support cylinders,and then adjusts the position status of the equipment.The hardware selection of the system is studied,and the main software program of the system is designed.After the design program is realized and applied to the EQH2800 roadway boring machine,after more than one year of practice,it is found that the system can realize the intelligent and precise control of the boring machine's position,which lays a good foundation for the high-quality and high-efficiency completion of the roadway boring.
