矿井通风风量测试方法与系统设计

为了解决煤矿通风机风量测试的问题,基于风量测试法分析了风速分布情况以及测风点的确定位置,从硬件设计和软件开发两方面设计了通风机风量测试系统。以某矿圆形巷道为试验对象,在应用前通过试验模拟进行了相关性能的测试。结果表明,风量测试系统的非线性度最大为1。18%,回程误差最大为0。72%,模拟输入通道精度最大为1。23%,测试系统精度能满足通风机性能测试要求,实现对风量的准确测量。
Mine Ventilation Airflow Testing Method and System Design
In order to solve the problem of coal mine ventilation fan airflow test,based on the airflow test method,we analyse the distribution of wind speed and the determination of the location of the wind measurement point,and design the ventilation fan airflow test system from the aspects of hardware design and software development.Taking the circular roadway of a mine as the test object,the relevant performance was tested through test simulation before application.The results show that the nonlinearity of the airflow test system is 1.18%at most,the return error is 0.72%at most,and the accuracy of the analogue input channel is 1.23%at most.The accuracy of the test system can meet the requirements of the performance test of the ventilator and achieve the accurate measurement of airflow.
