压风机系统的智能控制及对比模拟研究

为保证控制工作状态的平稳,实现其出口压力的恒定。通过将模糊控制理论与常规PID控制结合,设计基于模糊PID控制器的压风机控制系统,并提出模糊PID、模糊自整定PID控制器两种方式,并通过对比仿真表明,相比模糊PID、常规PID控制,模糊自整定PID控制在无干扰和加入随机干扰后,达到稳态的时间短、超调量小,且波动也小,具有很强的抑制干扰能力,系统鲁棒性和适应性好。
Intelligent Control and Comparative Simulation Study of Pressurised Fan Systems
In order to ensure the smoothness of the control working condition and achieve the constant pressure of its outlet.By combining the fuzzy control theory with conventional PID control,the control system of pressure fan based on fuzzy PID controller is designed,and two different ways of fuzzy PID and fuzzy self-tuning PID controller are proposed,and it is shown by comparative simulation that compared with the fuzzy PID and conventional PID control,the fuzzy self-tuning PID control reaches the steady state in a short time without disturbance and after adding the random disturbances,the overshooting amount is small and fluctuations are also small,with strong ability to suppress disturbances and good system robustness and adaptability.
