Research on the Key Technology of Coal Mine Flow Measurement System of a Belt Conveyor
Taking the coal mine belt conveyor as the research object,the laser triangulation method is used to achieve the measurement of belt coal mine flow.The hardware of the designed measurement system mainly includes laser,camera,computer,etc.,of which the first two models are KYX650N150-T1670 and VMD200C.The laser beam emitted by the laser arrives at the surface of the coal mine material after diffuse reflection,and then arrives at the camera to obtain the image,and the image processing by the built-in algorithmic procedure of the computer can perceive the shape of the cross-section of the coal mine and the area,and then obtain the coal mine flow.After the image is processed by the algorithm built into the computer,the shape and area of the coal mine cross-section can be perceived and the coal mine flow rate can be obtained.For the belt speed of 0.2 m/s,0.5 m/s and 1 m/s three conditions for experimental testing,found that the larger the speed of the measurement error,but the maximum error within 6％,can meet the actual use of coal mine requirements.
