摘要
为进一步探究选煤厂生产系统运行效率及质量的提升路径,以某煤矿企业选煤厂为研究对象,以智能化设计理念为基础,对其在重介分选系统、粗煤泥分选系统、浮选系统和煤泥水浓缩系统四个主要环节的智能化设计流程要点进行了初步探究,并将其应用于实践.结果表明,此次智能化设计改造工作取得了初步的成功,证明其具有一定的现实意义.
Abstract
In order to further explore the path to improve the operation efficiency and quality of the production system of a coal preparation plant,the actual operation of a coal preparation plant of a coal mining enterprise is taken as the research object,combined with its shortcomings in operation and based on the intelligent design concept.The key points of the intelligent design process in the four main links of heavy medium separation system,coarse slime separation system,flotation system and slime water concentration system are explored and applied in practice.The practical results show that the transformation work of intelligent design has achieved initial success,which proves that it has certain practical significance.
