为优化刮板输送机链张紧系统的控制性能,通过将神经自适应和刚度辨识相融合,设计基于负载自适应的链张紧系统控制器ATC.对比分析ARCV、NNs、ATC三种控制器的性能,发现ARCV比NNs控制器性能差,而NNs又比ATC控制器性能差;进一步对比分析ARCV、ATC控制器在强负载干扰下的性能,发现相比ARCV控制器,ATC控制器仍可以快速收敛和保持稳定,其跟踪精度和鲁棒性更好.
Control Design and Simulation Verification of Scraper Conveyor Chain Tensioning System Based on Load Adaptation
In order to optimize the control performance of the chain tensioning system of scraper conveyor,the load-adaptive chain tensioning system controller ATC is designed by integrating the neural adaptive and stiffness recognition,and the performance of the three controllers,namely,ARCV,NNs,and ATC,is comparatively analysed,and it is found that the performance of the ARCV is worse than that of the NNs controller,and that the NNs controller is worse than that of ATC controller.The performance of ARCV and ATC controllers under strong load disturbances is further compared and analysed,and it is found that compared to ARCV controller,ATC controller can still converge quickly and remain stable,and its tracking accuracy and robustness are better.
