摘要

以SGD420/22型刮板输送机为研究对象,介绍一种刮板输送机整体结构应力与结构优化设计方法.将刮板输送机各部件规格尺寸、数量、材料类型及特性等数据录入到ABAUQS软件内,以此构建出刮板输送机三维模型,然后以此为基础,从安装与运行两个方面出发,分析整机的应力分布情况,寻找出整机中的薄弱点,进而对刮板输送机结构予以优化,确保刮板输送机性能符合要求的同时,降低整机重量,确认该优化方法具有一定应用价值.

Abstract

Taking SGD420/22 scraper conveyor as an example,a method of overall structural stress and structural optimization design of scraper conveyor is introduced.First of all,the scraper conveyor components specification size,quantity,material type and characteristics of data into the ABAUQS software,in order to build a three-dimensional model of the scraper conveyor,and then based on this,from the installation and operation of the two aspects of the analysis of the whole machine,the distribution of stress,to find out the weakness of the whole machine,and then to optimize the structure of the scraper conveyor,to ensure that the performance of the scraper conveyor meets the requirements,and at the same time reduce the weight of the machine.At the same time,the weight of the whole machine is reduced,which confirms that the optimization method has certain application value.
