定宽机入口板坯打滑问题研究与改善

摘要
根据热轧2050产线定宽机易打滑问题,采用优化定宽机防打滑程序,通过新增定宽机导向辊对比程序,制定标准坯及标定标准,将定修期间测量的定宽机测量偏差输入控制程序比对修正,针对修磨坯的实际尺寸与对应系统中录入的尺寸进行比对,将偏差系数输入到控制系统中,消除设备动作与现场间隙的偏差,调整入口侧导板短行程值及夹送辊压力值,优化现场检测工况,调整板坯厚度自动修磨系数等措施,解决了定宽机卡钢问题,提高了生产效率.
Abstract
According to the problem of slippage of the width sizing machine in the hot rolling line 2050,optimization of the anti-slip procedure of the width sizing machine is adopted,by adding the comparison procedure of the guide rolls of the width sizing machine,formulating the standard billet and the calibration standard,inputting the measured deviation of the width sizing machine during the fixing and repairing period into the control program to make comparison and correction,and comparing the actual dimensions of the repaired billet with the dimensions recorded in the corresponding system,and inputting the deviation coefficients of the deviation to the control system.Eliminate the deviation between the equipment action and the field clearance,adjust the value of the short stroke of the inlet side guide plate and the pressure value of the pinch roller,optimize the field testing conditions,adjust the automatic trimming coefficient of slab thickness and other measures to solve the problem of steel jamming in the width setting machine and improve the production efficiency.
