Research and Application of Automatic Ore Loading Technology for Mining Electric Locomotives Based on Image Recognition
Taking the working condition of a mine in Shanxi as the background,combined with the necessity of equipping the motor car with automatic loading system,based on the image recognition technology,the automatic loading system of mine motor car was studied,and the application test was carried out to analyze the effect of the application test,and the results show that,through the application of the automatic loading system based on the image recognition,the mine motor car,in the actual operation of loading the mine,can be automatically carried out to the car,identify the large pieces of The results show that by applying the image recognition-based automatic ore loading system,the mine motorcycle can automatically carry out the car,identify the large debris and identify the fullness of the motorcycle in the actual ore loading operation,which enhances the automation and intelligence level of the motorcycle application,reduces the number of operators,and promotes the reduction of the cost of the motorcycle transportation and increase efficiency.
