常规装配方法需要一个个插入零件并给予配合约束,操作比较繁琐,针对常规装配方法的不足,以卡扣零件为例,在SolidWorks中制作了一个卡扣智能零件,可以实现一步将卡扣和它装配时携带的相关零件(螺钉)装配到位,并自动在主体零件上生成与之装配的槽口.论述了智能零件制作及编辑修改的方法和技巧,给出了应用实例.实践证明,智能零件可以使得机械设计更加高效、智能.
Application of Solid Works Intelligent Parts in Mechanical Design
Conventional assembly methods need to insert parts one by one and give fit constraints,the operation is relatively cumbersome,for the shortcomings of conventional assembly methods,take the buckle parts as an example,in SolidWorks to create a buckle smart parts,can be achieved in one step will be the buckle and its assembly of related parts(screws)assembly in place,and automatically in the main part of the body with the assembly of the groove generated.Discusses the intelligent part production and editing and modification methods and techniques,gives an example of application.Practice has proved that smart parts can make mechanical design more efficient and intelligent.
