采煤机重载工况下转矩自动化补偿控制方法的研究

采煤机是进行煤矿开采的重要设备,具有破煤能力强的特点.在破煤过程中,由于煤岩分布的复杂多变,使得滚筒受到随机性多载荷的冲击作用,容易造成滚筒的磨损,特别是硬质颗粒引起的重载冲击作用.针对采煤机重载工况下的"截割-牵引"系统的调节控制进行分析,以直接转矩控制及自动化转矩补偿控制两种方式进行对比分析,建立"截割-牵引"系统的耦合模型,对重载突变工况下的转矩控制效果进行仿真分析,从而提高采煤机的调节控制效果,保证重载工况下使用的稳定可靠性.
Automatic Compensation Control Method of Torque under Heavy Load Working Condition of Coal Mining Machine
Coal mining machine is an important equipment for coal mining,which has the feature of strong coal breaking capacity.In the process of coal breaking,due to the complexity and variability of coal rock distribution,the drum is subjected to the impact of random multi-load,which is prone to cause the wear of the drum,especially the heavy load impact caused by hard particles.In order to analyse the regulation and control of the"cutting and hauling"system under the heavy load condition of the coal mining machine,the two methods of direct torque control and automatic torque compensation control are compared and analysed,and the coupling model of the"cutting and hauling"system is established.The coupling model of"cutter-tractor"system is established,and the torque control effect under heavy load and sudden change working condition is simulated and analysed,so as to improve the regulating and controlling effect of the coal mining machine and ensure the stability and reliability of the coal mining machine under heavy load working condition.
