由于煤矿生产规模和井筒布置方式不同,施工立井深度及井筒直径也会不同。在立井凿井过程中,出矸任务不同,导致提升荷载不断变化,所以必须对提升机和电机进行配套计算。因此,分析了立井凿井提升系统中冲击力对安全制动力矩的影响,探讨了提升系统质量模数Z与安全制动力矩倍数K的关系,给出了 K值的选取方法,提出了立井凿井提升制动力矩的选定和油压值的计算方法。
Analysis of the Effect of Impact Force on the Safety Braking Torque of Hoist and Calculation of Oil Pressure Value
Due to the different scale of coal mine production and shaft arrangement,the depth of construction vertical shaft and shaft diameter will be different.In the process of vertical shaft drilling,the gangue task is different,which leads to the continuous change of lifting load,so it is necessary to carry out supporting calculations for the hoist and motor.Therefore,the influence of impact force on safety braking torque in vertical shaft drilling hoisting system is analysed,the relationship between the mass modulus Z of hoisting system and the safety braking torque multiplier K is explored,the method of selecting the value of K is given,and the method of selecting the braking torque and calculating the value of oil pressure for vertical shaft drilling hoisting is proposed.
