转向拉杆是汽车转向机构中的重要零件,它在转向系中起着传递运动的作用,直接影响汽车操纵的稳定性、运行的安全性和轮胎的使用寿命。运用ABAQUS对某车型转向拉杆外球节心轴进行CAE分析并结合其材料的S-N曲线验证第一次根据经验设计出的产品的不合理性,然后通过CAE有限元分析方法设计出符合客户疲劳寿命要求的产品,并通过实验验证。
Fatigue Failure Analysis and Improvement of Automotive Steering Link Mandrel Based on ABAQUS
The steering tie rod is an important part of the steering mechanism of the automobile,which plays a role in transmitting movement in the steering system,and directly affects the stability of the vehicle handling,the safety of the operation and the service life of the tire.In this paper,ABAQUS is used to conduct CAE analysis on the outer ball joint mandril of a steering tie rod of a certain vehicle model and the S-N curve of its material is combined to verify the irrtionality of the product designed according to experience for the first time.Then,the product meeting the fatigue life requirements of customers is designed by CAE finite element analysis method and verified by experiment.
