核化工项目中设备操作的物料有不同程度的放射性,所以多在密封箱室内进行。为了确保密封边界的完整性,内窥视窗要承受负压、冲击、火灾等多种复杂工况而不被破坏。针对某项目中拟采用的一种大窗结构窥视窗开展了负压、冲击和火灾工况下的仿真分析,并对加工样件和试验台架进行了验证,验证结果和仿真分析结果基本吻合,内窥视窗结构可靠,可推广使用。
Simulation and Analysis of an Endoscopic Window for Sealed Box Chamber
The materials operated by the equipment in the nuclear chemical project have different degrees of radioactivity,so they are mostly carried out in the sealed chamber.In order to ensure the integrity of the sealing boundary,the inner peephole window has to withstand a variety of complex working conditions such as negative pressure,impact,fire,etc.without being destroyed.For a project to be used in a large window structure peephole carried out under negative pressure,impact and fire simulation analysis,and processing samples and test rig for verification,verification results and simulation results are basically consistent with the structure of the peephole is reliable,and can be promoted for use.
