以ZS30石油钻机转盘为例,介绍一种基于有限元分析的石油钻机转盘关键零部件力学分析方法。该方法先通过ANSYS软件构建出各关键零部件的有限元模型,然后以此为基础,分别对大小齿轮间的传动接触应力、小齿轮齿根弯曲应力、大齿轮的传动接触应力及减速器输出轴模态特性予以分析,以此判断该转盘结构是否存在缺陷,为转盘结构的优化设计提供支撑,提升石油钻机在石油开采中的应用效果。
Mechanical Analysis of Key Components of Oil Drilling Rig Turntable
Taking the turntable of ZS30 oil drilling rig as an example,a mechanical analysis method of key parts of oil drilling rig turntable based on finite element analysis is introduced.This method first constructs the finite element model of each key component through ANSYS software,and then,based on this,analyzes the transmission contact stress between large and small gears,the bending stress of pinion root,the transmission contact stress of large gears,and the modal characteristics of gear reducer output shaft,so as to determine whether there are any defects in the structure of the turntable,and to provide support for the optimization of the turntable structure to enhance the effectiveness of the application of oil drilling rigs in the oil extraction.mining.
