Overall Mechanical Analysis of Four-Pillar Bracket with Oblique Support on One Side
Take the independently designed four-pillar bracket with inclined support on one side as an example,introduce a mechanical analysis method based on finite element analysis of the overall mechanical analysis of the four-pillar bracket with inclined support on one side.Firstly,the relevant parameters of each module of the stent system are added to ADAMS software,and each module is assembled together,and then the stent is transferred to ANSYS software,which divides the mesh of the model and automatically simulates and analyzes the overall stress of the stent from the perspective of various working conditions,so as to find out the weak point of the stent,provide support for the stent's structure to further optimize,and enhance the application of the stent in coal mine operation.The application effect of this bracket in underground coal mine operation is improved.
