摘要

针对传统门座起重机臂架系统运动轨迹分析,需要借助专业软件或计算机编程软件,对设计者综合能力要求过高的问题.探索了基于SolidWorks三维设计软件平台,搭建臂架系统简易虚拟模型,运用Motion分析插件,求解出四杆臂架系统构件上任一点的轨迹、位移、速度和加速度,分析门机幅度、吊重落差等关键性能指标,简化了设计难度,提升企业研发效率.

Abstract

Aiming at the traditional gantry crane jib system motion trajectory analysis,it needs to use professional software or computer programming software,which is too demanding for the comprehensive ability of the designer's shortcomings.Explored based on SolidWorks three-dimensional design software platform,build a simple virtual model of the jib system,the use of Motion analysis plug-ins,solve the trajectory,displacement,velocity and acceleration of any point on the four-bar jib system components,analyse the gantry amplitude,lifting weight drop and other key performance indicators,simplify the design difficulty,and enhance the efficiency of enterprise research and development.
