Design of Automatic Tensioning Device for Belt Conveyor and Study of Dynamic Characteristics under Different Algorithms
In order to effectively solve the problem of low tensioning efficiency of hydraulic conveyor tensioning device,the advantages of variable frequency tensioning device are analyzed,and the permanent magnet variable frequency automatic tensioning device of belt conveyor is optimized.The mechanical and electrical structure of the tensioning device is mainly designed.The dynamic characteristic response of the tensioning car under PID control based on particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithm is compared and analyzed.The results show that PSO based PID control takes a short time to reach the peak speed and steady state,and the peak value is small,indicating that the algorithm has good control effect and high security.
