煤矿胶带输送机托辊不同载荷工况受力分析

以DTL120/120/2×200S胶带输送机为例,分析尼龙托辊和金属托辊在不同载荷工况下的受力情况。根据胶带输送机托辊结构构建托辊仿真模型,以此为基础实施托辊极限载荷下和不同载荷工况下的受力分析,根据分析结果确认最佳托辊材料。另外,采用工业性试验进一步验证尼龙托辊和金属通过的磨损性能,综合分析确认尼龙材料更适合作恶胶带输送机托辊材料。
Analysis of Stresses on Coal Mine Tape Conveyor Rollers under Different Loading Conditions
Taking DTL120/120/2*200S belt conveyor as an example,the stresses of nylon rollers and metal rollers are analysed under different loading conditions.The simulation model of the roller is constructed according to the roller structure of the belt conveyor,based on which the force analyses of the roller under ultimate load anddifferent load conditions are implemented,and the optimal roller material is confirmed according to the analysis results.In addition,the industrial test is used to further verify the wear performance of nylon rollers and metal rollers,and the comprehensive analysis confirms that nylon material is more suitable for the evil belt conveyor roller material.
