Analysis of the Effect of Axial Spacing on the Performance of Counter-Rotating Axial Flow Ventilators
Taking FBDCZ-8-NO27 counter-rotating axial flow ventilator as an example,the influence of axial pitch on the performance of counter-rotating axial flow ventilator was simulated and analyzed.Firstly,the specification size of the ventilator,material properties and other parameters were entered into the CFD software,which automatically constructed the finite element model of the ventilator and the fluid and divided the mesh according to the research needs,and then,based on this,the changes in the performance of the ventilator under the conditions of the three kinds of axial spacing were simulated and analyzed in terms of the steady state and the unsteady state respectively to design the optimal axial spacing of the ventilator and improve the performance of the ventilator and to make it more effective in coal mining.The performance of the ventilator can be improved so that it can play a greater role in the production of coal mines.
