摘要

针对制动摩擦片的磨损性进行实验分析,制备两种金属基摩擦片试样,通过摩擦磨损试样表明,两种试样摩擦系数随着制动压力及制动速度的增加而逐渐增加,具有较高的稳定性,且试样2的摩擦系数要大于试样1;磨损率随着制动压力及制动速度的增加呈现一定的上升趋势,具有较强的不稳定性,试样1随着制动速度及制动压力的增加,其磨损率呈现较大的上升,而试样2的磨损率变化较小.

Abstract

Aiming at the wear of brake friction pads for experimental analysis,the preparation of two metal-based friction pad samples,through the friction wear samples show that the friction coefficient of the two samples with the increase in braking pressure and braking speed and gradually increase,with high stability,and the friction coefficient of the sample 2 is greater than that of the sample 1;the wear rate with the increase of the braking pressure and braking speed show a certain upward trend with strong instability,sample 1 with the braking speed and braking speed shows some upward trend with the increase in braking pressure and braking speed has strong Instability,specimen 1 with the increase of braking speed and braking pressure,its wear rate shows a large increase,while the wear rate of specimen 2 has a small change.
