Analysis of Contact Slip Dynamics on Rough Surface of Middle Trough of a Scraper Conveyor
Taking SGB420/30 scraper conveyor as an example,an analysis method based on the contact slip dynamics of the rough surface of the middle groove of scraper conveyor is introduced.Firstly,the relevant parameters of the middle trough are added to ABAQUS software,and the finite element model of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor is automatically constructed by the software,and then,based on this,the contact area of the surface of the middle trough,the contact pressure of the rough surface and the distribution of the rough solid stress field are simulated and analyzed,so as to determine the area where the fatigue wear of the middle trough is likely to occur and to provide support for the optimization and design of the whole structure of the middle trough.
