Experimental Study of Rotary Spraying Dust Reduction Device for a Roadheader
Dust is one of the key problems in the coal mining process,and the high concentration of dust can easily cause lung diseases and explosions.Therefore,it is necessary to design a rotary spray dust reduction device according to the tunneling process of the roadheader,and analyse the structure of the device,the installation position,the key components,use FLUENT and MATLAB to explore the impact of the efficiency of the dust reduction of the water pressure,the number of nozzles,through the single test to study the spraying range of the device,the range of the dust reduction device,and other parameters,through the industrial test to compare and study the rotary spray dust reduction device,in order to improve the efficiency of dust reduction,to improve the efficiency of the roadheader,to improve the efficiency of the rotary spray dust reduction device.The effect of rotary spray dust reduction device is compared with industrial test to lay a theoretical and experimental foundation for improving the environmental conditions of the working face of the roadheader.
