基于慧鱼创意组合模型的沙漠生态修复装置设计

沙漠化是人类面临的一个重大环境及社会问题,实施林业种植能够抵御沙漠扩张,实现沙漠生态修复与治理。种植的林业作物通常采用耐旱灌木类防风固沙作物,但现有种植机械存在功能单一、不适用于沙漠地区扦插种植等问题。基于慧鱼技术,设计了一种用于防风固沙作物扦插、灌溉和施肥一体化的沙漠生态修复装置,该装置由履带式推土机牵引,能够同步完成开沟成穴、施肥灌水、苗木扦插、覆土镇压与覆膜保墒一体化作业。设计了夹持式扦插机与仿形轨道组合的回转轮型扦插机构,可以自主完成苗木的提取与扦插农艺;设计了定量可控的施肥灌溉机构,通过排肥器与延时电磁水阀进行施肥施水作业;设计了覆土镇压机构,可同步完成苗木扦插后的覆土、压实。该装置能够大幅减少人工作业的劳动强度、降低沙漠种植成本、提高种植作业效率、保障苗木的成活率,对于防风固沙、修复生态环境有着很好应用推广前景。
Design of Desert Ecological Restoration Device Based on Huiyu Creative Combination Model
Desertification is a major environmental and social problem facing human beings.The implementation of forestry planting can resist the expansion of desert and realize the restoration and management of desert ecology.The forest crops planted are usually drought-tolerant shrubs,windproof and sand-fixing crops,but the existing planting machinery has some problems,such as single function and not suitable for cutting planting in desert areas.Based on Hui Yu technology,a desert ecological restoration device was designed for cutting,irrigation and fertilization of windbreak and sand-fixing crops.Pulled by a crawler bulldozer,it could simultaneously complete the integrated operations of trench digging,fertilization and irrigation,seedling cutting,soil covering and film preservation.The rotary cutting mechanism with the combination of clamping cutting machine and contour track is designed,which can extract seedlings and cut agriculture independently.A quantitative and controllable fertilization and irrigation mechanism is designed.Fertilizer applicator and time-delay electromagnetic water valve are used to apply fertilizer and water.The soil covering suppression mechanism is designed,which can simultaneously complete the soil covering and compaction after cutting of seedlings.The device can greatly reduce the labor intensity of manual operations,reduce the cost of desert planting,improve the efficiency of planting operations,ensure the survival rate of seedlings,and have a good application and promotion prospect for wind and sand fixation and ecological environment restoration.
