为了确定修井动力钳液压回路系统中重要元件的类型,针对钻井修井动力钳,进行其液压工作系统的参数计算。提出了一种修井动力钳的控制方案,并根据其工作流程建立液压系统原理图;基于钻井修井动力钳的设计参数,采用最大载荷计算法,对液压缸、液压马达进行选型,确定了液压缸的结构参数和马达的排量;为其他液压动力钳的系统研究提供了参考。
Oilfield Wellhead Drilling Tool without Indentation Hydraulic Power Tongs
In order to determine the types of important components in the hydraulic circuit system of the well dressing power tongs,the parameter calculations of their hydraulic working system are carried out for the drilling well dressing power tongs.A control scheme of the well dressing power tongs is proposed,and the hydraulic system schematic diagram is established according to its workflow;based on the design parameters of the drilling well dressing power tongs,the maximum load calculation method is adopted,the hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors are selected,and the structural parameters of the hydraulic cylinders and the displacement of the motors are determined;it provides references for the systematic research of other hydraulic power tongs.
