基于UG规律曲线和管道命令实现弹簧参数化建模及可变模型装配。通过源于参数方程的规律曲线建立变螺距螺旋线,能够更好地描述弹簧特性;针对弹簧特性建立参数模型,能够快速完成族系零部件建模。基于参数方程形成螺旋线,使用管道命令生成的模型简单,使用原有坐标系作为原点;同时,简单的建模流程更有利于多个可变形部件之间装配,避免因不同可变形部件的参考内容干扰导致建模问题。
Spring Design Application Based on UG
The parametric modelling of springs and variable model assembly are achieved based on UG regular curves and pipeline commands.The variable pitch helix is established through the regular curve derived from parametric equations,which can better describe the characteristics of the spring;the parametric model is established according to the characteristics of the spring,which can quickly complete the modelling of the family parts.Based on the parametric equations to form the helix,the model generated by the pipeline command is simple,and the original coordinate system is used as the origin;at the same time,the simple modelling process is more conducive to the assembly of multiple deformable parts,and avoids the modelling problems due to the interference of the reference contents of different deformable parts.
