摘要
为了解决传统高压开关柜在运行过程中出现的安全问题,利用数值模拟结合理论分析相结合的方式进行优化设计,首先对开关柜存在问题进行分析,从而给出了一种新型高压开关柜,给出了起内部结构设计及接线方式优化,同时利用数值模拟软件进行分析,确认了设计的高压开关柜的可行性,有效解决了起运行高温的问题,实现了"检修不停电、故障少停电、负荷可调配、运维智能化"的设计理念.
Abstract
In order to solve the safety problems of traditional high-voltage switchgear during operation,numerical simulation combined with theoretical analysis is used to optimize the design.Firstly,the problems of the switchgear are analysed,so that a new type of high-voltage switchgear is given,and the design of internal structure and optimization of wiring are given;meanwhile,the analysis is carried out by using numerical simulation software,so as to confirm the feasibility of the designed high-voltage switchgear.At the same time,numerical simulation software is used to confirm the feasibility of the designed high-voltage switchgear,which effectively solves the problem of high operating temperature and realises the design concept of"non-stop power supply for maintenance,fewer power failures,deployable loads and intelligent operation and maintenance".
