Simulation Analysis of Hammer Crusher for Coal Mine Based on ANSYS
The design of a hammer crusher for coal mine is introduced,which mainly includes two parts:crushing mechanism and screen and base,in which the crushing mechanism is the main content of the whole hammer crusher design,and its performance will directly affect the specific application effect of the hammer crusher.Therefore,simulation model construction and finite element analysis will be carried out for the crushing structure of the hammer crusher to confirm the effectiveness of the design scheme.At the same time,the design scheme of hammer crusher will be applied to engineering practice to test the application value of the design scheme.
