摘要
以SYW630R型矿用无蜗壳离心通风机为研究案例,通过正交设计法介绍矿用无蜗壳离心通风机结构设计方案.具体设计中采用数值仿真模拟方式,从定性分析和定量分析两个角度开展数值仿真模拟,进而根据模拟结果,结合正交设计法介绍无蜗壳离心通风机结构设计,最后将结构设计应用于工程实践,对比原结构确认结构设计具有更强应用价值.
Abstract
Taking SYW630R type mining shell-less centrifugal ventilator as a case study,the structural design of mining shell-less centrifugal ventilator is introduced through orthogonal design method.Numerical simulation is adopted in the specific design,and numerical simulation is carried out from both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and then according to the simulation results,the structural design of shell-less centrifugal ventilator is introduced by combining with the orthogonal design method,and finally,the structural design is applied in the engineering practice,which is compared with the original structure to confirm that the structural design has a stronger application value.
