摘要
为了减少煤炭入仓造成的块损,部分新建选煤厂在煤仓中加装了螺旋溜槽,存在成本高、检修困难、施工难度大、停产时间长,影响生产等问题,因此,设计了 一种新型辊筛,利用其占用空间小的优势,应用到选煤厂煤仓系统中,使得块煤产品质量得到了有效提高,将末煤率控制在10％以下,提高了客户满意度,为解决选煤厂煤炭装车末煤率居高不下提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
In order to reduce the loss of lumps caused by the coal into the silo,some new coal preparation plants installed spiral chute in the coal silo,there are problems such as high cost,maintenance difficulties,construction difficulties,long downtime,affecting the production,etc.Therefore,a new type of roller screen was designed,taking advantage of its small footprint,and it was applied to the coal silo system of the coal preparation plant,which made the product quality of lumps of coal improved effectively,and the rate of final coal was controlled at 10％or less.The quality of lump coal is effectively improved,and the rate of end coal is controlled at 10％,which improves customer satisfaction and provides reference for solving the problem of high rate of end coal loading in coal preparation plant.
