提升机多通道恒减速制动系统研究

为了解决矿井提升机恒力矩制动冲击力大、制动不平稳的问题,基于前人的研究,提出了恒减速液压站,同时为了有效加强制动过程的稳定性、降低液压回路油压冲击,设计了多通道恒减速液压制动系统。其通过回路中串联双比例溢流阀调压,实现恒减速制动系统冗余设计,为提升机平稳、安全运行提供依据。
Research on Multi-Channel Constant Deceleration Braking System for a Hoist
In order to solve the problems of high impact force and unstable braking of mine hoists with constant torque braking,this paper proposes a constant deceleration hydraulic station based on previous research to improve braking performance.At the same time,in order to effectively strengthen the stability of the braking process and reduce hydraulic circuit oil pressure impact,a multi-channel constant deceleration hydraulic braking system is designed.By connecting double proportional relief valves in the circuit for pressure regulation,the redundant design of the constant deceleration braking system is achieved,providing a basis for the smooth and safe operation of the hoist.
