随着机械化、高效智能化矿井的快速发展,带式输送机的运输能力不断提升,带速也相应增加.大块物料经皮带机的高速转运过程中,容易对胶带造成损坏.为解决该问题,提出了工作面顺槽布置齿辊分级式破碎机(筛破一体机)的方案,从顺槽转载机卸载下来的煤炭,经过筛破一体机加工得到理想的粒度,再转入皮带输送系统.为了满足该顺槽系统,研发了 一种配套筛破一体机重型自移机尾,介绍了该自移机尾的参数,主要结构特点和关键部件研究和实际应用效果.
Research and Application of Heavy Duty Self-Moving Machine Tail for Screen Breaking in Smooth Trench Working Face
With the rapid development of mechanised,efficient and intelligent mines,the transport capacity of belt conveyor is constantly improved and the belt speed is increased accordingly.Large materials are easy to damage the tape in the process of high-speed transit through the belt conveyor.In order to solve this problem,a scheme of arranging a toothed-roll classifying crusher(screen-breaking integrated machine)in the down-track of the working face is proposed.The coal unloaded from the down-track transfer machine is processed by the screen-breaking integrated machine to get the ideal particle size,and then transferred to the belt conveyor system.In order to meet the requirements of this system,a heavy-duty self-transferring tail with screen breaker is developed,and the parameters,main structural features and key components of the self-transferring tail are introduced,as well as the results of practical application.
