摘要
随着长江航运事业高速发展,三峡通航需求逐年递增,如何降低设备故障率,保障设备稳定高效运行,缩短设备故障处理时间,已成为亟待解决的问题.三峡船闸辅阀是三峡船闸重要运行设备,其作用是通过吊杆组带动阀门运动,控制辅阀的开启和关闭.通过设计新的三峡船闸辅阀开度仪支架并安装,提高辅阀开度仪防护等级及检修的便捷性.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the Yangtze River shipping industry,the demand for Three Gorges navigation increases year by year,how to reduce the equipment failure rate,to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the equipment,and to shorten the time of equipment troubleshooting has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently.The auxiliary valve of the Three Gorges lock is an important operating equipment of the Three Gorges lock,whose function is to control the opening and closing of the auxiliary valve by driving the valve movement through the boom group.By designing and installing the new Three Gorges lock auxiliary valve opening gauge bracket,the protection level of auxiliary valve opening gauge and the convenience of overhauling can be improved.
