以EBZ75型悬臂式掘进机为例,介绍一种掘进机截割头参数优化及力学分析方法。首先,根据掘进机截割头特点,构建出截割头有限元模型,进而分别从切削角与旋转角两个方面着手,模拟分析了单截齿与整个截割头的受力情况,以此确定出截割头最佳参数,即切削角处于48°~50°区间,旋转角处于12°~14°区间内。通过实践分析可以发现,掘进机截割头优化后截割头力矩、截割比能耗均低于优化前,表明该参数优化及力学分析是可行的。
Optimization of Cutting Head Parameters and Mechanical Analysis of Roadheading Machine
Taking EBZ75 cantilever type roadheader as an example,a cutting head parameter optimization and mechanical analysis method of roadheader is introduced.First of all,according to the characteristics of the cutter head of the roadheader,the finite element model of the cutter head is constructed,and then from the cutting angle and the rotation angle respectively,the simulation analyzes the force situation of the single cutter tooth and the whole cutter head,so as to determine the optimal parameters of the cutter head,i.e.,the cutting angle is in the range of 48°~50°,and the rotation angle is in the range of 12°~14°.Through practical analysis,it can be found that the cutting head moment and energy consumption of cutting ratio after optimization of cutting head of roadheader are lower than that before optimization,which indicates that the optimization of the parameters and mechanical analysis are feasible.
