为进一步探究采煤机截割部行星架的性能优化路径,以MG1000/2500-WD型采煤机截割部两级行星架为研究对象,并应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行建模分析,明确其在应力和疲劳寿命等方面的薄弱环节。而后根据分析结果,对其进行了针对性的优化设计。从仿真结果来看,本次优化设计取得了相对较优的效果,预计该优化方案在今后的相关工作中具有潜在应用价值。
Fatigue Life Analysis of Planetary Carrier of Truncated Section Based on ANSYS
In order to further explore the performance optimization path of the planetary frame of the cutting section of coal mining machine,the two-stage planetary frame of the cutting section of MG 1000/2500-WD coal mining machine is taken as the research object,and ANSYS finite element analysis software is applied to carry out modelling and analysis on it,so as to make clear its weak points in terms of stress and fatigue life,and then according to the analysis results,it is carried out to analyze the fatigue life of the planetary frame of the cutting section of the coal mining machine.And then according to the results of the analysis,the optimisation design is carried out.From the simulation results,this optimisation design has achieved relatively better results,and it is expected that this optimisation scheme has potential application value in future related work.
