山西潞安矿业(集团)有限责任公司五阳热电厂改前有两台抽凝汽轮机,2018年,山西省委巡视组巡视潞安集团公司提出,五阳热电厂供电标煤耗高于全国供电标煤耗平均水平(310g/kWh),面临停产,为满足国家环保要求,五阳热电厂先后对两台汽轮机进行了改造,将1号汽轮机改为全通流汽轮机,2号汽轮机改为背压汽轮机,改造后可以满足改造要求.
Abstract
Shanxi Lu'an Mining(Group)Co.,Ltd.has two extraction condensing steam turbines before the change.In 2018,the inspection group of Shanxi Provincial Party Committee inspected Lu'an Group Company and proposed that the standard coal consumption of power supply of Wuyang Thermal Power Plant is higher than the average level of the national standard coal consumption of power supply(310 g/kW-h),and it is facing the shutdown of the plant.In order to meet the national environmental protection requirements,Wuyang Thermal Power Plant has successively carried out the modification of the two turbines by changing No.1 turbine to full flux turbine.No.1 turbine was changed to full-flux turbine,and No.2 turbine was changed to back-pressure turbine,which can meet the requirements of transformation after transformation.
