Optimisation Analysis of the Cut-Off Control System in Integrated Mining of Roadheaders
In the background of the continuous improvement of mining mechanisation, coal mines are required to optimise the cutter control system of the roadheader in the light of the actual mining conditions,so as to continuously improve the automation degree of the roadheader. In a certain mine, due to the interference of many underground factors, the cutting method in the cutter system of the roadheader is insufficient,in order to ensure the mining progress of the main mining face 2110,it is necessary to apply the theory of automatic cutting and analyse the application of the"S"cutting method. To this end, after an overview of the case mine,we first analyse the optimisation of automatic cutting in the cutting control system, and then discuss the cutting dimensions of the roadheader in different lithologies,in order to improve the cutting efficiency of the roadheader and ensure the efficiency of integrated mining.
