Optimisation Analysis of Belt Transfer Machine Frame Structure
Belt loader has the advantages of continuous conveying and large capacity,which is widely used in the transferring and conveying of coal mines,and the operation is reliable,which is convenient to realise automatic transferring and conveying.Due to the long conveying distance in the application of coal,the working length of the belt loader is long,which puts forward high requirements on the supporting frame structure,and the bearing change of the frame structure is large,which has a certain impact on its service life.In order to improve the performance of the rack structure,ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis is used to analyse and optimise the rack structure of the loader,establish the structural and analytical model of the rack,and determine the optimal location of the lifting point through the analysis of different cable lifting point positions,at which time the rack is subjected to the smallest stress.After analysis,the maximum stress and displacement deformation of the rack are small,to meet the use of the system requirements,and further use of smaller cross-sectional area of the rod for the structural optimisation of the rack,so as to reduce the weight of the rack,and to improve the use of the reliability and life of the belt transfer machine.
