带式转载机机架的优化设计与效果分析

为进一步探究带式转载机机架的优化设计要点内容,结合某型带式转载机机架的实际结构特征,在不影响其基本力学性能的基础上,对其杆件进行优化处理。通过使用MATLAB进行建模分析后确定,优化后的带式转载机机架杆件两根拉索应分别连接在距离机架左端7。13 m和12。834 m处,且杆件尺寸可由原来的80 mm × 60 mm × 5 mm调整为40 mm× 30 mm× 5 mm,以此达到兼顾力学性能和节约材料的目的。从有限元分析结果来看,优化后的带式转载机机架结构在刚度上仍然符合要求,表明此次优化作业取得初步成功。
Optimised Design and Effect Analysis of Belt Transfer Machine Frame
In order to further explore the optimised design of the belt transfer machine frame,combined with the actual structural characteristics of a certain type of belt transfer machine frame,on the basis of not affecting its basic mechanical properties,its rods are optimised.Through the use of MATLAB modelling analysis,it is determined that the two ropes of the optimized belt transfer machine frame should be connected at 7.13 m and 12.834 m respectively from the left end of the frame,and the size of the rods can be adjusted from the original 80 mm × 60 mm × 5 mm to 40 mm × 30 mm × 5 mm,so as to achieve the purpose of taking into account the mechanical properties and saving materials.From the finite element analysis results,the optimised belt conveyor frame structure still meets the requirements in terms of stiffness,indicating that the optimisation operation has achieved preliminary success.
