矿用带式输送机托辊的改进设计及结果验证

为降低带式输送机管体中心位置的应力和变形,实现其平稳运行,通过构建简支梁模型,提出在管体中间位置焊接腹盘来改进设计托辊,当焊接1个腹盘后,相比改进前,管体最大应力值降幅53。4%、最大变形降幅41%,且腹盘强度和刚度均满足要求;并进一步对比分析焊接1-5个腹盘后管体的最大应力和变形,当数量是5时,降幅极低,但是,增加腹盘数量,又会增加托辊质量和生产成本,因此,腹盘数目为1或者3时,效果最佳。
Improved Design of Mining Belt Conveyor Rollers and Verification of Results
In order to reduce the stress and deformation at the centre of the belt conveyor tube and achieve its smooth operation,we propose to improve the design of the rollers by welding a web plate in the middle of the tube through the construction of a simply supported beam model,and the maximum stress and deformation of the tube are reduced by 53.4%and 41%respectively,compared with that before the improvement when one web plate is welded,and the strength and rigidity of the web plate meet the requirements;we also make a further comparative analysis of the maximum stress and deformation of the tube after welding 1-5 web plates.And further compare and analyse the maximum stress and deformation of the tube body after welding 1-5 web discs,when the number is 5,the reduction is very low,but increasing the number of web discs will increase the quality of the rollers and the production cost,therefore,the number of web discs is 1 or 3,the best effect.
