Fatigue Life Analysis and Structural Improvement of Slewing Platform of Coal Mine Roadheader
Coal mine roadheader is a key equipment in coal mining,and the rotary platform,as an important part of the roadheader,has a direct impact on the overall efficiency and service life of the roadheader.The fatigue life analysis of the slewing platform is an important link to ensure the reliable operation of the roadheader.The fatigue life of the slewing platform of coal mine roadheader is analyzed by using the finite element method,the main factors affecting the fatigue life of the slewing platform are identified,and the corresponding structural improvement plan is proposed.By comparing the performance of the slewing platform before and after the improvement,the effectiveness of the structural improvement is verified,and the service life of the structure is expected to be extended by more than 25%,which provides a useful reference for the optimized design and improvement of the coal mine roadheader.
